It was my first time going. It will be my last time too. I wouldn’t give them a chance if I were you, I know I regret giving these ladies a chance. I grew out my eyebrows in hopes of getting a good thread to reshape them, now I have to wait another 2 months for them to grow out again and go find someone who will fix the damage that was made.
Very nasty rude and nasty attitudes at this place! I stopped going because they fired the best lash install girls there. The owner is the rudest, and very unprofessional. Their prices have increased and their service has diminished. All the best techs there are gone!! Their service is not worth the price they charge to install individual lashes! I would not recommend this salon! Trust me, Go someplace else for lashes and eyebrow threading! Save your money and time unless you want to feel unappreciated and poor lousy, lazy service.
Horrible place! They will ruin your eyebrows completely. Grew out my eyebrows so I could give them more shape. Asked for some shape to them and a tiny bit of tint. NOT DARK and the lady did the complete opposite. One side is overly thin and the other is thick and thin. They were so black the lady had to SCRUB them until they were beat red and burning and even then they were still dark. Mind you I am blond so I didn't want them very dark which I told her many many times. She also made me bleed and then srubbed the spot where I was bleeding which burned even more. I told them they looked horrible and another lady offered to try to fix them and I told them no! I didn't want anyone else there to touch them I'll go home and fix them myself. Don't go here unless u want your brows completely ruined!!
